How to apply

Application for admission to the respective courses should be made on the prescribed form attach with the prospectus. Application forms filled in properly and correctly in capital letters should be submitted along with the fees and the document which is required.

First come first serve basis is adopted by the authority of the university while providing admission to the selected candidates. In case a deserving student is not able to take admission due to non-availability of the seats, in that case, he/she can reserve the seat for the next session by depositing the prescribed fees in advance.

The application forms can also be downloaded from the website.

Also, Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the NGI offices on payment of 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred only) by Cash or Demand Draft in favor of “NGI“ payable at “MIRZA“ either personally or through messenger or through postal request. In the case of online payment, you have to submit the acknowledgment receipt.

(Specify name of the course applied for on the top of the envelope.)

For admissions send a DD for the 1st Installment of the respective course fees along with the security deposit & the admission fees. The DD should be in the name of “NGI” payable to Mirza.

In Case of hostel is required then the hostel amount in full should be sent with the DD. Stay in hostel is compulsory for the nursing courses (BSc Nursing and G.N.M. as per INC norms.)

Admission form duly filled in is to be sent along with the True copies (duly attested by a Gazetted Officer) of the following documents attached in the following sequence.
  • True Attested Copy of High School Leaving (HSLC) Certificate
  • True Attested Copy of High School Leaving (HSLC) Certificate
  • True Attested Copy of Higher Secondary Certificate or Pre-degree Certificate.
  • True Attested Copy of Higher Secondary or Pre-degree Mark sheet.
  • True Attested Copy of Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
  • True Attested Copy of Migration Certificate from the Board. (The original Migration Certificate has to be submit within one month after admission)
  • True Attested Copy of Transfer Certificate from the school/ College/ Institution last attended
  • True Attested Copy of Registration Certificate issued by Board/Council/University
  • 3 copies of passport size photographs (to be pasted on the Application Form and the Admit Card)

NOTE:

  • Do not send original documents.
  • Original documents are to be produced during Personal Interview.
  • Application may be rejected if the necessary formalities are not fulfilled.
  • Applications received after last date (as mentioned in the form) will not be accepted.

Academic rules & regulation

GENERAL

Tampering with the campus belongings, replacing the furniture’s or exercising authority over the hospital employees is not allowed.

DISCIPLINE

  • Complete silence is to be maintained during class hours.
  • Ragging is strictly forbidden. Authority will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from it.
  • Consumption and possession of alcoholic drinks, narcotic drugs, chewing tobacco, smoking etc. is strictly forbidden.
  • Possession of unauthorized cash/ valuables/ ornaments is not allowed. Authority will not be responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.
  • All complaints should be registered through proper channel. Students should make peace, harmony, integrity and discipline during their stay in the campus.
  • Every student should be in proper uniform while entering the campus.

CLEANLINESS

  • Classrooms and the campus should be kept clean and tidy.
  • Sticking of posters/ photos on the walls is not allowed.
  • Chewing of tobacco & bitternuts is strictly prohibited.

MAINTENANCE

For any breakage or damage caused by a student, the campus authority has the right to deduct an equal amount of money from the security deposit

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for appearing in the examination students must have at least 80% attendance required in the respective class.
