How to Apply

Procedure for Admission

Application for the admission to the respective courses should be made on the prescribe form attach with the prospectus. Application forms filled in properly and correctly in capital letters should be submitted along with the fees and the document which is required.

First come first serve basis is adopted by the authority of the university while providing the admission to the selected candidates. In case a deserving student is not able to take admission due to not availability of the seats in that case he/she can reserve the seat for the next session by depositing the prescribe fees in advance.

Also Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the NGI offices on payment of 500.00 (Rupees Five hundred only) by Cash or Demand Draft in favour of "NGI" payable at "MIRZA" either personally or through messenger or through postel request. Incase of online payment you have to submit the acknowledgement receipt.

(Specify name of the course applied for on the top of the envelope.)

For admissions send a DD for the 1st Installment of the respective course fees along with the security deposit & the admission fees. The DD should be in the name of “NGI” payable to Mirza.

In Case of hostel is required then the hostel amount in full should be sent with the DD. Stay in hostel is compulsory for the nursing courses (BSc Nursing and G.N.M. as per INC norms.)

Admission form duly filled in is to be sent along with the True copies (duly attested by a Gazzetted Officer) of the following documents attached in the following sequence.

  1. True Attested Copy of High School Leaving (HSLC) Certificate
  2. True Attested Copy of High School Leaving (HSLC) Certificate
  3. True Attested Copy of Higher Secondary Certificate or Pre-degree Certificate.
  4. True Attested Copy of Higher Secondary or Pre-degree Mark sheet.
  5. True Attested Copy of Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
  6. True Attested Copy of Migration Certificate from the Board. (The original Migration Certificate has to be submit within one month after admission)
  7. True Attested Copy of Transfer Certificate from the school/ College/ Institution last attended
  8. True Attested Copy of Registration Certificate issued by Board/Council/University
  9. 3 copies of passport size photographs (to be pasted on the Application Form and the Admit Card)

NOTE:

  1. Do not send original documents.
  2. Original documents are to be produced during Personal Interview.
  3. Application may be rejected if the necessary formalities are not fulfilled.
  4. Applications received after last date (as mentioned in the form) will not be accepted.

Academic rules & regulation

GENERAL

Tampering with the campus belongings, replacing the furniture’s or exercising authority over the hospital employees is not allowed.

DISCIPLINE

  1. Complete silence is to be maintained during class hours.
  2. Ragging is strictly forbidden. Authority will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from it.
  3. Consumption and possession of alcoholic drinks, narcotic drugs, chewing tobacco, smoking etc. is strictly forbidden.
  4. Possession of unauthorized cash/ valuables/ ornaments is not allowed. Authority will not be responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.
  5. All complaints should be registered through proper channel. Students should make peace, harmony, integrity and discipline during their stay in the campus.
  6. Every student should be in proper uniform while entering the campus.

CLEANLINESS

  1. Classrooms and the campus should be kept clean and tidy.
  2. Sticking of posters/ photos on the walls is not allowed.
  3. Chewing of tobacco & bitternuts is strictly prohibited.

MAINTENANCE

For any breakage or damage caused by a student, the campus authority has the right to deduct equal amount of money from the security deposit

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for appearing in the examination students must have at least 80% attendance required in the respective class.

CONDUCTS OF STUDENTS

  1. The following rules and regulations of the Institution shall be observed strictly by the students.
  2. Every student should be obeyed the rules and regulations of the University.
  3. The students should be dressed properly.
  4. Students should maintain the class notes properly and update properly.
  5. Late comers should be informed directly to the respective department head.

LEAVE AND INTIMINGS

  1. Leave application should be addressed to the proper authority. Without leave application a student cannot avail the leave.
  2. Leave is allowed only in case of unavoidable circumstances with supporting evidences after written permission from the Principal. Parents/ Local guardians have to submit the particular Identity Card to the warden.
  3. Punitive action will be taken against late reporting from leaves.

DISMISSAL

Students are liable for immediate dismissal in case of:

  • Any kind of misconduct within or outside the campus.
  • Interference with the decisions of the authority concerning matters relating to smooth administration.
  • Disobeying the rules and regulations of the Institution.
  • Submission of fake certificate for admission.

  • RULES ABOUT FEES

    1. Lumsum fees should be collected within one month of admission but it will not be applicable after 31st of July.
    2. Student will not entitle for any kind of scholarship/discount in lumsum fees.
    3. The entire student has to clear their fees up to 1st semester before joining in the class unless they will not registered in the Departmental Register Book.
    4. International fees should be collected one time for all international students.
    5. The entire student should clear their semester dues on time to avoid late fine.
    6. Registration and examination fees will be charged extra in addition to prescribe fees.
    7. The student may be asked to produce the receipts of the fees paid by them, as and when required. So they must preserve their receipt with him/her.
    8. Once a candidate is admitted to the university the fees is neither refundable nor transferable to any other accounts. All reasons have shown for refund or transfer will be turned down.
    9. All the student have to deposit security amount which will be refundable at the end of the completion of the course, however the damage of any liable to be deduction from the Security deposit.
    10. Registration fees and examination fees will be charged extra in addition to prescribe fees.

    COURSE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND

    1. Security Deposit of Course will be refundable only after completion of the course.
    2. The entire student must be filled up the clearance certificate with the signature of the departmental heads within six month after complication of the course.
    3. The original copy of the money receipt of SD must be submitted along with the clearance certificate.
    4. The copy of final year mark sheet and certificate or provisional certificate is must for SD refund.
    5. The student will get the money refundable through cheque within one month after submission of their clearance certificate.
    6. The administrative officer will be responsible for the same.

    HOSTEL SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND

    1. Security Deposit of Hostel SD will be refundable only after leaving the hostel.
    2. Student must fill up the clearance certificate with the signature of the departmental heads.
    3. Student must submit their application along with all necessary documents within one month of leaving the hostel. No application will be accepted after that stipulated time.
    4. No hostel renewal will be done after 15th of March every year.
    5. Application will duly signed by Director Operations not after month of May every year.
    6. The original copy of the money receipt of SD must be submitted along with the clearance certificate.
    7. The student will get the money refundable through cheque within one month after submission of their clearance certificate.

    RULES FOR LIBRARY

    1. The membership of the library is open to all the students of the institution who have paid the library fees.
    2. A student seeks of borrowing books from the library must have an I.D. card issued by the university.
    3. Only one book will be issued at a time to a student.
    4. Reference book will not be issued to the student.
    5. There is provision for study the books in the library room.
    6. The mutual transfers of the issued books are not allowed among the borrowers.
    7. The books will be issued only at the allotted time and date.
    8. The students will be responsible for damage or loss of the books issued to them.

    VISITORS

    Visitors can meet the students in the common visiting rooms during the schedule time.

    a) 5.00p.m. to 6.00 p.m. in summers (April 1st – October 31st)
    b) 4 PM. to 5.00 in winters (November 1st – March 31st)

    RULES FOR HOSTEL

    5. For any breakage or damage caused by a student, the hostel authority has the right to deduct equal amount of money from the security deposit.
    6. Hostel has to be renewed yearly by 15th March.
    7. Mess charges has to paid monthly.

    RULES FOR REGISTRATION

    a) Registration form will be distributed to each student of NGI at the time of admission.(Only one form will be issued)

    b) Original documents should be verified by the deputed verification officer of institution for registration.

    Following documents are required for registration of a student.

    1. Registration of Indian Students:

    Student from SEBA/AHSEC/ CBSE/ISC/OTHER STATE BOARDS/COUNCIL have to submit the following documents at the time of Registration:

    1. Migration Certificate or Transfer Certificate of the last institution attended)- any one Proof of Age (Class X Admit Card/Birth Certificate/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport/Adhar Card/Election Voter ID Card )- any one
    2. Mark sheet (Class X onwards)
    3. Pass Certificate (Class X onwards)(Original/Provisional)
    4. Passport size Photo (3 copies)[Students name and date snap shot should be mentioned in the photo].
    5. Registration Certificate (In case of name change post 10th Standard)

    2. Registration of Foreign Students

    1. Pass certificate and Mark-sheet of qualifying Examination. (Class X onwards)
    2. Migration Certificate or Transfer Certificate of the last institution attended (any one)
    3. Copy of Passport of Foreign Citizens, whenever applicable.
    4. Passport size Photo (3 copies) [Students name & date of snap shot should be mentioned in the photo].
    5. Student Visa for study duration. Nepal/Bhutan is exempted.
    6. All the relevant documents will be checked properly before issue of old fees will be checked if cleared or not. Then the registration fee will be accepted.

    c)  Students will be registered in the Institution registration register if the student has cleared his/her fees up to 1st semester, unless the form will not be accepted for registration. (Most Important)

    d) Identity Card will be issued to that student who will complete his/her registration process.

    e) Non registered student will not be allowed to borrow books from the library of institution.

    f)  Non registered student will not be allowed to sit for any kind of examinations conducted by the institution.

    g Registration fee will be decided by the institution/Council.
