This affects both their education and health.

2. Procedure For Complain
The NIPS, Mirza has taken this as a major issue and formed a counseling centre for the students where they can share their thoughts to a professional counselor. The counselor will work with the student and will try to understand the problems he/she might be facing. If needed, family members can be called for better results. All the cases handled will be confidential.
